Here at Sedona by Manzano Jewelers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both parties, customers and our jewelry store we present to you our Return Policy.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your jewelry piece to arrange for its return and a full refund.
After we acknowledge your return.
Please send back the purchased item in its original condition with tags on and identifying intact marks within 3 days of the acknowledgment.
Customers assume full responsibility of shipping return cost unless agreed otherwise, We recommend the use of delivery tracking, shipping, and handling insurance.
After inspection of the returned piece as originally sent, we will issue a full refund. For the protection of both our store and customer, when making a refund via personal check or money order to a customer, we will send the refund to the customer in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified.

This policy does not apply to pieces purchased on Layaway, personalized and custom orders. Policies for Layaway purchases varies.

If the customer receives a damaged piece, please contact us immediately to assist you with the insurance claim process.
DAMAGED PIECE PROCESS
Please do not return items damaged in transit, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
To begin the process, please contact us about the damaged piece.
Claims should be made through the original shipping agent.
Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged piece, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.
In the event that you, the customer, files the claim, we will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
We strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you receive damaged merchandise.
