RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges and returns within the time frame of 3 weeks from the date of purchase with original sales receipt. If no receipt is accompanied but fits in our store records, a credit will be issue and should be use between 30 days of purchase. The item sold must be in original condition, unused and unworn with original tags and original box.

Special custom made and modified pieces are not exchangeable or returnable. For completed layaways: 14 day exchanges accepted only, no merchandise returns.

For shipped orders, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange its return, and ship the item back to us within 3 days of acknowledgement.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop’s tags and identifying marks intact.

When the item is received, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Online orders follow same term and conditions for returns.

If the payment was made via check or money order we will send to the buyer via business check along with a tracking number where receipt confirmation can be verified.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE POLICY

We offer FREE insured shipping for USA locations, provided by USPS.
Shipment will be made the following business day after payment has been made. We do ship Internationally FREE shipping too, restrictions apply.

RESTOCKING FEE

Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

We offer layaway plan purchases
